What is shopoftheworld.com?
Shopoftheworld.com is a huge online shopping directory, as well as our main site we have many specialised sites targeting particular product ranges and audience groups.
In all we have over 1.5 million products listed so you should be able to find what you want.
In addition to our large directory of products you should find that all information is clearly presented and easily searchable using our custom designed search engine.
Each product has links to our Wiki (coming summer 2010) giving buying information and guidance created by the users that have actually purchased these products so you get an honest and reliable opinion.
Are there discount vouchers available?
When a merchant is offering an online discount or offer by way of a voucher code we display this on both our search results page and the product profile page so that you can ensure you are getting the best possible deal. We update our voucher codes on a daily basis.
How do you make money?
We make a small commission on any purchases (the merchant pays us not the customer) that you make after clicking through to a merchant from our directory, if you dont want us to get a commission you can clear your cookies before making a purchase but we think that would be a bit mean.
